MENTAL HEALTH: AN UNDERRATED CONCERN

Kanika Misra is a student of Symbiosis Centre for Computers Studies and Research. In her article she discusses about mental health and raises concerns over COVID-19 and impact on mental health. With the new normal are we doing enough to protect all our mental health in these unprecedented times? Even if we are able to adapt and survive while keeping our minds stable, does it necessarily mean the person living next door can manage that too? What if they need some kind of mental support? What fears are people fighting with on a daily basis?

Furthermore, she confers about E- Mental Health, eMEN project funded by Interreg North-West Europe and run by organizations across the Netherlands, UK, Ireland, France, Belgium and Germany.
