Orientation Programme:
SCIE organizes an ‘Orientation Programme’ for first year students studying in Undergraduate (UG) programs. It is generally held in August/ September. The Orientation programme is conducted to inform the new students about SCIE as well as to help them adjust into the new environment.
The programme consists of presentations on ‘Diversity and Cross – cultural Sensitization’ and ‘Adjusting to a New Environment’. These are to help the students adjust to their new environs and make them feel welcome. We also conduct an ice breaker session where students indulge in fun activities and make new friends.
